How Olivier Taylor Stole Vivace Music SPRL from Me — 12 Years of Fighting Back

At Christmas 2004, at the notary's office, I co-founded Vivace Music SPRL with Olivier Taylor. I invested my time, my money, my network. Together, we were going to revolutionize music distribution in Belgium.

What I did not yet know was that from the very first day, Taylor was quietly engineering his business partner's removal.

The facts, plainly stated

An equal shareholder since the company's creation, I continued working for Vivace — producing, selling, developing — while Taylor, as sole director, appropriated revenues and decisions entirely for himself. Invoices went unpaid. Emails unanswered.

In 2016, when I asserted my shareholder rights, Taylor claimed by SMS that I was "not a shareholder". A documented lie: the shareholders' register, certified by a notary, states the opposite.

The ghost judgment

In January 2021, the Namur Commercial Court ruled against me... by default. Taylor had taken the matter to court without properly notifying me — without my even knowing that proceedings were under way.

Five years later, I discovered this judgment. In the meantime, Taylor had claimed not to know my address. Yet his own emails from February 2021 prove the contrary.

Why I am making this public

I am not ashamed of my situation. I am ashamed of a system that allows someone to take another person to court in the full knowledge that the other party will not be there to defend themselves.

My case file is documented, time-stamped, and proven exhibit by exhibit. Exhibit 1 through Exhibit 11. Audio. Video. SMS. Certified emails.

The truth does not need protection — it needs to be seen.
