Born from a Real Wound
Justice4All didn't come from a hackathon. It comes from ten years of legal battle against a partner who pillaged a company, manipulated witnesses and exploited the slowness of the system. The founder lived it all. He built the solution he wished he'd had.

It's not a Belgian problem. It's not a resources problem. It's a structural problem: when the opponent has more money and more connections, they can slow down, lie, exhaust — legally.
Prohibitive Cost
Lawyer fees, procedural costs, travel, e-DEPOSIT. Every act costs. The wealthy opponent can multiply acts to financially exhaust the victim.
Systemic Slowness
An appeal takes years. The opponent knows the deadlines, the rhythms, the windows. The victim loses ground economically and psychologically meanwhile.
Network Imbalance
Knowing the right lawyers, the right judges, the right clerks — it's an invisible but decisive structural advantage. Victims without networks start at a loss.
Psychological Isolation
Fighting alone for years breaks self-confidence. Without a solid family, without friends who understand, the temptation to give up — or worse — is real.
Community Pressure as a Legal Lever
Justice4All turns the advantage around. The wealthy opponent fears their image. The platform makes it a documented, quantified, transparent lever.

The community is not an anonymous crowd — it's a body of citizen jurors whose collective judgment becomes transparent pressure on the judicial decision.

What the Platform Does Concretely
Document Vault
Videos, audios, PDFs, Word documents stored for years in encrypted private files. Inaccessible from a confiscated phone or a searched computer.
Granular Visibility Control
5 levels per document: Confidential / Family & Friends / Lawyer / Community (login required) / Open public. The same file can have evidence at all levels.
Communication Backup
Guided assistance to export WhatsApp, Telegram, emails. These conversations become timestamped evidence in the file.
Citizen Votes
The community reads the public evidence and votes. The score is displayed, archived, opposable. Each vote is linked to evidence and an argument.
Psychological Support
As soon as a victim is identified and their evidence validated: automatic access to structured psychological support. No one should go through this alone.
Integrated Financial Support
The community can directly support the victim: shop purchases, donations with public messages, contribution to the fundraiser. The economic link doesn't break during the fight.
Visibility Levels
AI as the Infallible Court Clerk
Every uploaded document enters an AI pipeline that transcribes it, classifies it, enriches it semantically and makes it legally usable — automatically, on demand.
Each step is billed on demand (prepaid). The user sees the estimated cost and validates before launch. The audio → text transcription prototype was validated as functional in 2024.
Two Instances, One Philosophy
Each client has their own private Drupal instance, isolated. A single public instance aggregates content marked public from all instances — with a secure daily sync.

Only nodes marked public_communaute or public_ouvert are transferred. Files travel via temporary signed URLs (expiry 1h) — never the real paths of private storage.
Pay-as-you-go — you pay what you consume
Prepaid system. The user tops up their balance (€10, €20, €50…). Each use debits the balance. Alerts at 20% and 5%. If insufficient balance → AI processing blocked until top-up.

For situations that need a human eye: case review, strategic guidance, hearing co-preparation with a J4All specialist. 4× less than a traditional lawyer — with someone who already knows your file and your system.
Additional revenue: community memberships (3 tiers), integrated shop, donations with public message.
More Justice → More Peace
"I want people to be able to vote for laws, not for people. I wake up in the morning and I say: 'I'd like a law that stops trucks in my street on weekends.' I propose it to the community. 80% vote yes. I go to political power with that. And I'm sure that with time, if we apply that — the polling place becomes useless. More justice leads to more peace."
Justice4All is not a legal application. It's a prototype of direct democracy. Justice is its first field of application because that's where the power imbalance is the most documentable, the most measurable, the most repairable.
