On 27 April 2026, the Liège Labour Court issued a landmark ruling: every claim made by Partena and INASTI against me was declared unfounded.

Total victory.

Who is Partena?

Partena is a Belgian social insurance fund. Following my deregistration as a self-employed person — a procedure I contest — Partena and INASTI had demanded contributions they claimed were owed, together with penalties.

After years of proceedings, the Liège Labour Court ruled clearly: their claims have no legal basis.

What this means

This ruling is a public document. It has been added to both my Partena file and my Vivace Music file — because Taylor, in his manoeuvres, had exploited my administrative situation in an attempt to weaken my position.

The victory against Partena proves that unfounded accusations eventually fall.

What comes next

My appeal against the Taylor judgment is ongoing (case 2026/AR/917, Liège Court of Appeal). The admissibility hearing of 25 June 2026 went well. Taylor himself admitted that he "did not have De Feyter's address" — which invalidates the original proceedings.

Justice is slow. It arrives.
